Reference Page:  Job Rakestraw Sr. and Mary Foster

Currently researching.  Biography of Foster Rexstrew lists Joseph, however, a couple web site searches has Job as husband.  Mary Foster, along with Delilah Starling are common reference points between the two.

  4. 300 Years of Bortons in North America.

Multiple Spellings:

  1. Alternate Spellings for Rexstrew are Rextrew or Rakestraw.  Rakestraw is more common. 300 Years of Bortons in North America has references to both with the same family group.

Research:

I've been finding several descendent lists on the internet (generally Ancestry.com) for Elizabeth Zane (b. abt 1738) and Thomas Rakestraw Jr. (b. 1718 d. 20 Jul 1774).

I also see common references between the Biographical History of Foster Rexstrew and information probably coming from 300 Years of Bortons in North America  - namely Delilah (Starling) Rexstrew/Rakestraw and Joseph (perhaps Job??, d. 1847/1848) and Mary (Foster) Rexstrew.

Is there a connect here?

For my mapping, taking Joshua Rexstrew/Rakestraw and 1st marriage to Delilah Starling and working backwards through the Roger Dellinger Tree.  Everything's unverified as of this date.
